When should I be concerned about late mobile delivery? (DPD)

Hi there!

So I placed an order for a mobile on the 9th of March.
DPD recieved the parcel  on the 10th but the last update was on the 11th at Hub 4 - Hinckley "We have X-rayed your parcel as part of our normal security procedures".
It is now the 14th and there has been no update since. I'm starting to be concerned since this was meant to be next day delivery.

Is this common?
When should I reach out to Sky or DPD about this parcel?

As DPD have got it I would start with them.
