Trying to activate new SIM and keep number

I'm trying to activate my new SIM and keep my number but it's been saying "we're working on it" for the last 3 hours and there's no change. 

I put in my activation code and PAC code but don't know how long it should take?

Hi @Am1407  can you confirm you are porting your number into sky from a different network ? You can't port a number from sky sim to sky sim.

You get the pac code from the network provider you want to move your mobile number away from so this link explains how to obtain it:
