Late activating new sim

I was late activating my new sim and now I don't have the option to activate on my account what can I do now as I still have the sim and activation details

Hi @JoanneBradley  if it's not showing then you will need to go to sky.com and order a new one. If you don't activate within 31 days the sims expire and you can't activate it.

I have tried looking into my account but I don't have an option to order a new sim only to purchase / make a new sim contract which I don't want to do as I want to use the sim on the offer with 100mb free data plan

Yes, you need to purchase a new dataplan.  The 100Mb plan may not necessarily be available to you at this time.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
