Hi
I upgraded my phone some time ago and I am still being billed for my old phone £12 a month. How do I stop paying for a phone I no longer use ?

Find out more@Pinky50 If you upgraded via the swap service give Sky a call to find out what's going on, if you didn't use the swap service and instead just ordered a new phone then you will still have to pay for the unused phone until the credit agreement for it is paid off.
