Hi there, recently got an email saying my Sim plan is out of contract. I don't understand quite what this means or why this is the case since I have a plan with sky mobile, originally I started with an iPhone 12, finished the 24 months and then swapped to the 14 version, my iPhone 12 paid off the remaining balance on what was left on that because it was in condition and as far as I knew the contract with the new one took its place. I kept the same number/Sim with it. Just wondering what I do now? Would I request a new Sim?

You can just keep that sim on a rolling monthly contract or you can try phoning sky on 150 to see if there are any offers available to you or you can get a new plan with a different network and port your number to the new network.

In simple terms it means you can cancel it and Sky can increase the price. (Prices cannot increase whilst 'in contract')
But you don't have to do anything... It will carry on as normal until you or Sky notify each other.
