I'm at a loss! I can FaceTime and hear and see the caller, but when I make a phone call, I can't hear the caller, but they can hear me. What can I do to fix the problem?

You could try calling Sky to see if they will send you a replacement sim incase the one you have has developed a fault. If you are able to make the call then 150 (just that) is the number to call them on.

Thankyou, I can't call, they won't hear me, do you know if I can message them on WhatsApp? The autobot is a waste of time.
