Hi I try to order a new phone and it was showing me that I couldn't get the phone because of my credit score or something but then they have charged my £51 and when I click on my order it doesn't show anything just ask me if I still need a help. Does anybody know what should I do?

If you have failed the credit check then any payment that has been taken should be refunded in 2-3 weeks time.
