Wrong item received!!

I ordered the iPhone 16 pro, I've just opened it today to wrap it for my daughter to realise I've been sent the iPhone 15 pro!

You will need to report this to Sky so they can investigate this so they can look into what has happened, this probably will take a few weeks so it might not be a quick fix.

In fact it was the 16 pro max in desert titanium and I've been sent the 15 pro white titanium I am absolutely livid, so I'm now paying for a 16 pro max for a 15 pro !!!!

I've called them apparently the IMEI isn't even on there system so an investigation will take place will call me in next 72 hours with an update 😖
