You will need to report this to Sky so they can investigate this so they can look into what has happened, this probably will take a few weeks so it might not be a quick fix.

In fact it was the 16 pro max in desert titanium and I've been sent the 15 pro white titanium I am absolutely livid, so I'm now paying for a 16 pro max for a 15 pro !!!!

I've called them apparently the IMEI isn't even on there system so an investigation will take place will call me in next 72 hours with an update 😖
