I have an apple iPhone 12pro 3 years old. I have been into Apple Store for help as microphones have stopped working so cannot make calls as the person on other end cannot hear me. I am trying to contact sky mobile as they supplied the phone by email as I cannot make calls. Please can someone provide me with an email address or an actual address to write to .

As per UK consumer laws the supplier has to offer a replacement or refund for defective merchandise when repair costs are high.As it is within the 6 year window Apple have told me to contact them and as I cannot phone I need to email or write

You'll struggle with that. After 6 months you would have to show the fault was present when you purchased it. (Which I doubt you can)

@AJ57P In order to use that right you will have to get proof that the fault existed from the day you purchased/received the device, that wouold require an expert report proving that the product range has significant reports of this fault.

Might be worth reading through the Consumers Association page on that topic, with its assessment of actually making a successful claim.
