My account is in credit can I request my money back

I didn't realise my bill for this month had already come out so I payed an extra bit on my card now they've put it in credit but I want the money back how do I do this

The credit will be used against your next bill, however if you want it back you'd need to call Sky to arrange and it would probably take 3 to 5 working days.

I have loads of credit I would like back, how would I do this as I can't be on the phone call while working?

Can we ask what this credit is from so for example have you overpaid on your bills ?
