I have just upgraded from Iphone11 to an Iphone 15 as well as moving from EE to sky.
i set up my phone yesterday and went through the process and it set it up using an eSim. I was sent a physical sim with my phone but dont know if i need to put it in. I have also transferred my number which seems to have worked. Bit of a loss and cant find a number to call to confirm it is all set correctly. Do I need to put the Sim in or not, and will my EE account close automatically?
