Linking mobile account

I have been unable to link my mobile account to my sky ID. It just keeps saying it is already linked but it isn't. I have spoken to someone who thought my emails may be the problem. My email has now been deleted to try and solve the problem and try and get the two to link. This has failed. I now have a SIM card that I cannot active as everytime I try and let try's to get me to link the accounts which then says it's already linked but I can't see anything.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

Update - Spoken to Purplepanda88, after a few checks on the account, we can see a process is already in place to fix the issue. The customer has a callback booked for within the week.
