I'm having a problem with my order, all the items I bought didn't arrive, the watch was missing, they just gave me my cell phone and I paid for the watch

@Guerra  You're not talking to Sky Customer services, we are all customer shere, we can't give you a resolution.

 

When you placed your order did you add the watch to your basket, was this confirmed in your order?

 

At oresent thr current offer is telling you you need to submit a claim for them.
