When I try to get into my Sky app account it tells me your account is already linked. It appears there is more setup process to be done, but when I try to complete the setup, I can get no further than Attempting to link the account and the process goes through a circular Pattern repeating itself

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are seeing a message that your mobile account is already linked then it will be because you have already done this so all you should need to do now is to log to your account with your primary username and password.
