I have recently changed from another mobile supplier to sky but I can't say it's been the best experience. I chose an eSIM option and asked to transfer my old number to my new phone. Everything seemed to be going ok but I am not able to receive calls or texts from unknown numbers. I have spoke to many sky staff who have all said the same solution but it has not worked. It is very frustrating as it has now been 3 weeks and I have missed several important messages as when people try to call they are told the number you have called has not been recognised! Can anyone help?

Have you reset the network settings

Hi there yes the correct number is showing on my phone. The settings have been reset 6 times so far
