I sent a SIM card back to Sky in Nuneaton for a refund on 12 Dec, and I have heard nothing since. Please can anyone suggest a Sky number I can call to chase this up? Thank you.

Find out moreWhat do you mean you send a sim card back to Sky as sim cards are not returned to Sky, as you can't usually cancel a sim card until you have been paying for it for 12 months or more so did you cancel it via Sky by calling them and are you waiting on an overpayment to be refunded ?

Thanks caesarome, I managed to 'chat' with a Sky mobile expert who explained that because the sim had not been activated & returned to Nuneaton there would be no charge. Long story, but the sim was 'purchased in error'... Thanks again.
