I would like to upgrade my phone (had contact for over two years, I am on 3 year contract)
After selecting the phone I would like it gives me the option to swap my old phone - this then generates an amount this would contribute towards final payment.
when I select upgrade without swap it tells me an amount that the contract will be for example £37pm. Does this mean I will pay the £37pm in addition to the monthly contract payment I have now as I have not swapped?

The £37 per month would be the cost for the new device only.

Thank you for replying. Does this mean I will pay an additional £37 on top of my current monthly contract payment please?

I need to get phone on the contract but I'm getting charged for upfront when it's says on the website no upfront

Hi @Saira6 sky do a credit check and if your credit score is very good there is no upfront charge. If your score isn't great there may be an upfront charge, looks like this is happening to you.
