I've just payed off the remaining amount for my phone. I have the option to swap or upgrade, when i'm trying to do so the credit check is not going through although it's offering me the upgrade and my income has not changed at all.

Find out moreIf you have paid off the contract on the phone then it is to late to upgrade or swap as you can only do this when you are still paying for the device. There is nothing from stopping you ordering a new device of which you will be credit checked.

They have left one more payment on my plan for this month, I did also try to do it as a normal plan without swapping/upgrading and still no luck.
