Sky mobile upgrade

I can't get this error message when going through a sky upgrade , this has been the last week now , is anyone else getting this and if so how u get around it 

 

the error keeps saying Technical error , it's not you it's us , try refreshing the page or link below 

 

nothing is working 


Anybody got any ideas what I need to do

Call Sky and an agent can process the upgrade order for you. Just call 150 from your current Sky mobile.

Calling is fine. but some of us (with small children) would find it much easier to get the info we need online. I get the same error message and have tried on 3 different devices

If you can't get past whatever the error is then calling will be the only way to you your upgrade processed.
