I have several mobile contracts with Sky, they forced a 'free sim' upon me some time ago which I said I didn't need and wouldn't use. It has been unused for ages, they have now added a £1 charge to my account under 'free sim' each month but are ignoring all enquiries and why would I need to pay for a 'free' Sim!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI believe the free sims were only free for a limited time, perhaps a year or so before they are chargeable so call Sky on 150 to cancel it if this is what you want to do.
