cannot login to sky router

am trying to log in to my router (Chrome) http://192.168.0.1/

it asks for user name and password

i put in Admin for user name

I have tried passowrd, Password, [my route password] with no access??

anybody any ideas pls

Username is admin with lowercase a 

Password is either sky or your default WiFi password printed on the hub, depends which hub you have.

Also it usually does not work on Apple devices so if your using an Apple device try a different device

If that fails try resetting the hub by pressing the reset button for 20seconds and/or using an ethernet connection

I cannot believe that the Sky Hub cannot be adjusted using an Apple device!  Do you know if they have plans to fix this?

@paddytt1 the issue with ios devices has been reported on numerous occasions over the years but Sky have not done anything. Their latest router in the Wifi Max bundle does not have the issue. .
