Poor wifi
We are supposed to have full fibre but we are only getting really slow speeds with the nternet dropping out regularly. I have done a speed checker this morning and only got 50mbps down load and similar upload.
we have turned off the equipment last night and it took ages for it to come back and today it's not better yet your system says there are no issues in the area?

Re: Poor wifi
@Dallsop Sky test the broadband speed to your hub daily you can see the results in the service checker in the My Sky app in the unlikely event thereviscan issue the app should offer help.
However what that doesn't cover is the WiFi speeds in your home which depend on the layout and type of construction of the building. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide fast WiFi in every room. 50Mb/s while not outstanding is perfectly usable if you feel you need higher spedds you will have to invest in further WiFi equipment. Sky only guarantee a minimum 25Mb/s with their WiFi Max add-on so you would probsbly be better advised to buy your own equipment of whichbthere isca huge choice.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
