 i am in the router buy noting is avaivable in any menu even advaces to split the channels any ideas

@Philip+Kay the SR213cisxa WiFi6 device which requires the teo bands su=ynchronised to support the higher spedds so the bsnds cannot be split. The method for connecting devices thst don't connect tondualband SSIDs is to go into the hub's sdvanced settings in the My Sky app and find the disable WiFi option. Then turn off the 5GHz band once thechub restarts connect your devices then gombsck into thecsettingscsnd restart the 5GHz band and your devices should stay connected.
