No broadband

We have turned it all off waited, turned back on! Checked cables and still nothing: it went off last night about 8 and hasn't been back on since. No outages in the area and no other houses affected. I work from home and need this back on asap please.

@Jennawelch the quickest solution is to run the online Service Checker in the My Sky app overca mobile connection. Thst takes up to an hour to pick up a fault but if your servicechas been down sincec8pm it should help. Aftercwalking you through a few tests itvshould offer to book an engineer to check your line. Alternatively you can wait until,8am and call Sky and gonthrough the process over the phone

 

However that check is unlikely to happen until Thursday and the fact yiou work from home does not give you any priority on what is sold as a domestic service so plan for the worse.
