No internet

Everything is plugged in. I did the test they told me to do nothing is working. All the lights are green on the box but there's no Internet connection connection

@Nointernet11 there is a rare fault where the server node at Sky's end is not passing data.the recommended resolution is to power down the hub for an hour which should sort the issue.
