My modem packed up and stopped working this morning. It changed its own network and password.
Anyone else had this problem?

Anytime since you started using the hub did you change the wifi network name and password as I am wondering if it has defaulted back to the original one ?

Re: Modem has changed its own name and password
I never changed it. It stopped working and reset itself back to what it originally must have been.
I noticed the name on the bottom of the modem matched a network i could find when i scanned for networks. I put in the password from the bottom of the router and it worked.

Then it has been changed at some point, the label on the bottom shows the original SSID and WiFi password which if the router is reset to factory defaults is what it will revert to. It's possible that the one you have was changed before you got it but then how did you connect originally? You can change it through settings if needed.
