Being cancelled and didn’t reques

I've had an email to say I've decided to cancel as I'm going to another provider ? But I haven't requested to cancel my contract

You need to call Sky as soon as possible about this as it might be someone has placed an order and made a mistake and used your address in error so give them a call as soon as you can about this.
