@KendoBlue probably due to line issues if you are discussing speeds to the hub. Partial fibre broadband services are sensitive to the condition of the copper line from the cabinet. With the switch to fibre Openreach are increasingly unwilling to undertske more than very basic maintenance of these copper lines.so where the linecstarts picking up noise the auotmated systems simply increase the noise margin lowering speeds. In the past Openreach would investigate kthe issue but these days that is unlikely.
