Hi for two days we have had no wifi at all. When I run tests it says there is a problem in our area (Welwyn garden city in Hertfordshire) We have done everything our end. Unplugged for 10minutes etc. can we please get some answers? Thank you

I’m afraid this is a customer helps customer forum and you’re not addressing Sky Customer Services. Sky won’t automatically contact you as a result of your post. It may be worth calling Sky and reporting your issue so that auto compensation kicks in. See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it once the fault has been fixed. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
