Sky Pod disconnected

Hi,


My Sky Pod booster has disconnected and will no longer reconnect.  Sky app is no longer showing booster.

 

any solutions for this?

@MilesCB you are going to nedd support from Sky and as your post has been autoescalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch tomorrow when they are back working  to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I had a booster pod. It has never worked since I got it I'm down to 3 boosters to get a signal up stairs lol. Sorry I can't help. Merry Christmas

A sky engineer called this morning and has ordered me another pod. I hope that it does the job !!!
