Internet issues

I have been with sky since Nov and since then we have had nothing but issue with the connection, tried to trouble shoot and it's saying there's no issues but I am constantly being told to reconnect the internet or saying it's connected to router but there's no connection to internet to watch sky tv or use WiFi in another part of the house.
