Break in wifi connection
Hi my broadband is playing up, there's a lag on my TV, the connection keeps being interrupted and then the show I am watching freezes. This isn't a problem with the package I'm using, ie Netflix etc, as it is happening across all platforms. This is particularly frustrating as it is Christmas Day and we are watching Christmas tv.

Re: Break in wifi connection
@MichelleWilliam the issue could be with the wifi connection to your TV or with the broadband connection. You can check thecspped your TV can access by running the Network test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app you need at least 35Mb/s tonwatch in. UHD less fir HD. WiFinissues are very common and streaming videonrequires a steady connection so you may need to consider upgrading the WiFi in your home. Sky will sell you an add-on which can help see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max.
If other devices are misbehaving then it could be a broadband issue but thatis less likely.
