Wi-Fi keeps dropping out in Shropshire

I live near craven arms in Shropshire and my wife is dropping out a lot tonight

@Janybear check if your hub is losing connection by checking its leds, see  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start . If the connection is dropping it is likely to be a fault on that line rather than an issue affecting a wider area. You can call Sky but it is unlikely thst the fault will be dealt with until next week due to the holiday. A lot of these issues do get sorted by the automatic systems managing the line.

It's been happening all night and still is I have an on cal alarm that tells me when the line drops out and it's kept me awake most of the night and is now doing it again this morning , yes the lights are orange and nit green and it's annoying now as my sky glass goes off too
