Internet is down

Hello again my internet is down and only showing two geeen lights this is a regular monthly occurrence and quite frankly I'm sick and tired of it. Your crappy website will say everything is up and running when actually it's not it's just stopped! 

I AM SICK OF THIS **bleep**

Merry Christmas and welcome to the Community. We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

The first thing to do is check to see if there are any outages in your local area via this link https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

 

If there isn't try running the line test here

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

 

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection. Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test.

If you get amber or red you need to follow the on screen instructions.

I have done all of this this had happened every month for the past 6 months I am constantly on the phone to sky. Didn't realise it wasn't to sky 🤣 

it's a absolute nightmare 3 days a month no internet and never can give a explanation to why. 
I have had engineers out countless times and can find no fault in connections.

@Samantha64 if you have a black Sky hub that unit's connection stats can help diagnose issues if you post them to the forum see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

I don't think this link to find your router statistics is still working? I have it bookmarked too and it just pings me onto the main broadband community page. Can't seem to find it by searching, sadly.
