Cannot connect sky pods as need to change frequency

my sky app doesn't show my router settings so i cannot log in as admin. 

I am trying to connect 2 x Sky Pods which the engineer told me needs to be on a different setting. 

cannot see how to log in to the router. It keeps directing me to the app but there are no products listed?

@PaulB7 you need Sky to sort the My Sky app for you if a simply signing out closing and reopening the app doesn't sort the issue. Lines are open until8pm tonight.
