I have lan cable for my pc and when I plug in on my router it's doesn't fit at all I try to pu on openreach router and it's works I think to problem is with the router please can you fix that for me I must do my work but without connection how I can work... send me a new router maybe or I don't know...

RJ45 plugs and ethernet sockets are manufactured to a global standard specification: it's incredibly unlikely that they won't fit together unless something is physically damaged.
RJ11 plugs will approximately fit in RJ45 sockets but won't work.

@Ionut05 Are you using the correct ethernet ports (the yellow ones) on the hub?
