for 2 weeks my internet is very slow and have problem

even now i cant use my wifi, and red light on internet section of my hub. I using my sim data for create this case now. i checked my cables all good but internet is very sloww and sometimes now working.

@onur1 if you haven't done so already you need to report this to Sky but today there is only a very limited support service.
