Hi the wifi check on you website shows good but no connection on tv and phones

@Cb681 & @Lou132 if the connection checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection is still notvtelling you Sky are aware of an issue call Sky when their lines open at 9am so they can get the issue looked into when Openreach are working on Friday.
