I am also experiencing this issue, first saw it yesterday. Reinstalling/restarting ethernet drivers on my desktop did nothing, PC is getting a 'DHCP server not found' message.

@Addie15 please could you support in escalating this issue for me?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CraigH16 jnfortunately the esclation team are not working today. If you are using powerline adapters in the ethernet connection they are the most likely cause of a lost connection rsther than the hub or your PC try unplugging those and rdbooting them.

@Chrisee thanks for replying, I have re-synced the TP link extenders twice and have all 3 lights showing, so no issues on that side. The sky hub shows my desktop under 'connected devices' and the IP address matches on the hub and in ipconfig.
The exact same setup was working no problem last Thursday, so I'm not sure if there's been some kind of firmware update on the router in that time that has impacted the ability to connect to the DHCP server via powerline.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CraigH16 Sky freeze firmware over the Christmas holiday so thst is not a likely reason. Personally I would not rule out the speed reduction is down the powerline units in y experience you can get speed reductions but otherwise it is quite strange. Is it possible to test the hub and PC without the powerline kit to rule thst out?
