My i ternet keeps cutting out and is so slow nothing will load

My Internet keeps cutting out and nothing will load, it's been like this for weeks, it ain't good enough for how much i pay

@Jjemal it is unfortunate you have left it until the holiday to get help. As a start run the service checker in the My Sky app to se what speed that is reporting if you need further help click on the broadband link to see the recent history and the guaranteed speed to your hub. If the connection is running slowly then the app should offer further help or you will have to call Sky.

 

However if that is as it should be the issue is within your home network which if you use wifi is quite common.
