Internet no connection

Constantly dropping in and out of Internet having to pull all cables and reset router

Swapped to an older sky hub box and now working. Is there anyway to replace the box or do they charge? Thanks

@cookiemonsterukIf @Lgfreelance  has changed out the routers and the uptime is okay, sounds like the router might indeed be the issue.

Maybe,  at this stage who knows. Certainly the stats will show. Nothing else forthcoming

@LgfreelanceWhich router was giving you the issues from the link below and which one did you swap to and not giving you any issues?
