When i joined sky fibre my speeds was around 79mb
Now along the line its down to around 50 why is this and thats when its working half the time it cuts out and all EVERYONE gets told is its our in home set up ..... it CANNOT be everyones in home set up come on sky own up

For an FTTC circuit, either the individual copper pair to the address has degraded, or the cabinet has become more populated and is suffering from crosstalk interference.
If speed at the Hub is now below the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, you can insist Sky books Openreach to investigate, but unfortunately Openreach themselves is now putting fewer resources into the legacy copper network as it pushes to replace this with fibre to the premises.
