Final bill on pdf

This doesn't show as final bill and  ee won't accept the pdf bill I have. They state it needs to mention broadband services which this bull doesn't  for me

@Jacqui__  Sky won't send one on the back of a community post, is there a reason you can't access it online and print off the PDF?
