i tried to install my Ring doorbell but was unable to as the firewall is too good from sky, which I have recently joined and I dont know how to amend it, and cannot get through to a real person t speak with, could nyaone off any help thank you in advance

That's probably not the case, but it's often given as a reason by hardware support services when they don't know what's really going on.
