Fibre, just upgraded from basic sky b/band, fibre connection awful, dropped out 8 times

While watching a streamed film tonight. Never had that problem with the basic Sky broadband. So paying more for a poor service!

 

Also landline phone has to be wired into modem, not great as didnt receive a phone for use with fibre.

@Caroline23red Sky never provide phones all thst has changed is you plug whatever phone you used to have into the Sky hub rather than the wall socket. Openreach sho run the nstional phone service are planning to rdmovecthe copper phone network over the next few years so this is a step in that process.

 

Run the connection test in the My Sky app as that will test your connection and hub to see if there is a fault.
