I upgraded to Sky Superfast yesterday and I did a internet speed test on Google and it only came to about 47mbps, but on my phone I'm getting a speed of 148mbps. I have attached my router statistics below.

*I meant I upgraded to Ultrafast not Superfast

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSo what speed package are you on now?
Note that WiFi speeds will struggle to get near the actual line speeds of Ultrafast, you'll need to use an ethernet cable to get an accurate reading

I am currently on ultrafast and the internet speed was tested on ethernet. The ethernet cable was connected to my PC using a powerline adapter. I was just confused on why the download speed on my phone (148mbps) was higher than the download speed on my PC (49mbps). I am also using a cat 5e ethernet cable.

Using a powerline adapter is likely your issue. They never pass on the full bandwidth.

Because my PC is upstairs, what would be the best solution for this?

The very best solution is to connect directly via ethernet and not using the powerline adapter. Depending on your situation this might not be practical (e.g. drilling holes, decorating etc.).
My parents had a similar problem and we found that installing a WiFi6 Mesh system vastly improved things, but even so will never beat a direct ethernet connection.

Thank you for your quick reply I will look into the WiFi Mesh system that you suggested

My parents used the TP-Link Deco X50 AX3000 (Link ) system with three nodes. It was installed last August and has transformed their setup.
I am definitely no expert, but there are lots of experts on this forum, who can advise you of such systems.

A better solution is completely to replace the Sky Hub with a third-party wireless mesh that can be connected directly to the ONT, eg: it must support Sky authentication which is DHCP Option 61. Asus and Neargear wireless mesh are about the best for this job.
With the TP-Link wireless mesh, it doesn't support DHCP Option 61 and therefore will require the Sky Hub in place and you'll likely need to run the TP-Link in access point mode.
