Pulsing green light on router and no internet for a week now. Customer services not interested to get it fixed at all.
Only solution to change provider .

Whereby if you were to move to an ISP that also uses the Openreach infrastructure the issue will move with you.
What have Sky Customer Services said when you've reported this?
