145 mbs ne speed offer

i have just renewed my broadband and talk  at £30.50 + talk anytime £11.50

am i able to ugrade this to the new higher speed at £49 which includes talk anytime.

i have recently been advised bybt full fibre is available at my address

thats not the issue can i upgrade from the supperfst i recenty renewed

@loisbell  If you are on superfast just now then you should have no issue upgrading in contract. If the speed is available to you when you look at what is available to you then that is something you can do. But if Openreach have just told you can get FTTP then it might take Sky sometime to update their database to reflect this.

You should be able to upgrade whilst already in contract with sky.

What speed are you getting at the moment?

Was this a notification from openreach or from sky . It can take 4 weeks for skys system to get updated
