extra charge

In GFdbruary bill I have been charged an extra 10GBP it says for kit sent but I do not have any new kit.

We are customers here so obviously have no access to your bill. Click on the blue down arrow one t to the amount and see what explanation is there. If that doesn't help give Sky a call.
