I am still waiting for refund 4weeks now been on phone multiple times to sky had multiple emails stating refund to be processed within 5 day still no she when will I recieve this refund how long does it take as I say emails states refund processed but has not arrive into my bank account after 4 weeks.

@Les37Once a refund is processed it should take between 3 and 5 working days to hit your account, teh messagin team here can assist if your not getting any success when calling, if you would like your post escalating to them let us know.

@Les37Once a refund is processed it should take between 3 and 5 working days to hit your account, teh messagin team here can assist if your not getting any success when calling, if you would like your post escalating to them let us know.

@Les37 I have escalated your post to the community messaging team, you should receive either a private message or see a blue/red chat bubble appear towards the bottom of your screen(please be aware it won't be instant), once the team have invited you to chat you have 48 hours to respond.

The messaging team can only issue the refund if there is a credit on your account so do you see this ?

Absolute hopeless service.
comstanly getting my bill wrong. Promised a refund that's not turned up. Now have more charges against my account.
"Customer service" a joke.
why o why don't they have an email customer service contact !!!! Wait, I know they don't want you to contact them. That would be to easy.

Do you want to start at the beginning and tell us why you say your bill is wrong and regarding the refund do you see a credit on your account.

I ordered a phone package paid 136 up front all well and dpd returned phone etc as I failed 2nd credit check . That's fine and accept this
A month later and still waiting for my 136 to be paid back to me !
Numerous calls to sky and still no refund .
It's not great customer service and to be honest I am glad to have rejected on the 2nd check as it's awful service just trying to get my money back !!!
I am going to contact the ombudsmen, I've recorded all calls with the promises made by sky
